Must Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, 10 or more years of experience providing planning and engineering support for at least one of the end-user computing technologies mentioned above, skills in Agentic AI agent development, Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Proficient scripting skills in managing End User Compute infrastructure and endpoints, Experience with Desktop hardware technology, specifically Dell, Lenovo, and Apple, Nexthink or similar performance management platforms, Mobile platforms, Intune, IOS, and Android, communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities and projects
