You will play a key role in driving welding best practices, supporting qualification activities, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within welding and materials engineering. **As a Lead Welding Engineer, you will be responsible for:** * Implementing Baker Hughes requirements and best practices for welding and NDE. * Providing welding engineering support to the workshop. * Qualifying and supporting new welding procedures. * Sharing lessons learned and feedback with the global welding engineering team. * Driving efficiency and productivity improvements within welding operations. * Identifying and supporting welding‑related R&D programs. * Reviewing and implementing special customer requirements. * Participating in the global welding engineering forum. * Supporting other Baker Hughes sites as required. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role, you will: * Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Welding, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering. * Preferably possess IWE certification. * Demonstrate proven experience welding duplex stai
