We are looking for a Lead Visual Designer to lead product aesthetics through typography, color theory, and iconography, creating accessible (WCAG) and consistent Design Systems. The ideal candidate blends this strong visual expertise with efficient dev-handoff, user research, usability testing, and the strategic use of AI. Job responsibilities Lead design direction across multiple teams, defining the vision for scalability, mentoring senior designers, and bridging the gap between design, engineering, and business stakeholders. Create and evolve scalable design systems, defining typographic scales, spacing, and tokens to transform how our clients work. Execute high-fidelity UI components, ensuring visual consistency across colors, typography, and icons to guarantee brand harmony. Conduct UX research and user tests to map journeys, validate hypotheses, and transform insights into digital products. Master WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive and accessible experiences for all people. Deliver efficient handoff specifications to bridge the gap with engineering and accelerate the development phase. Utilize productive AI tools strategically to optimize processes and accelerate deliverables within small, cross-functional teams. You will play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects that transform how our clients work while developing new digital products and services.
