We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region. We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI. Our team is densely talented, highly motivated, and focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Lead Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating engaging, high-quality content. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce video materials that elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across platforms. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, strong creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. CREATIVE DIRECTION & PRODUCTION - Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content - Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) - Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage - Produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast-turnaround social media videos 2. POST-PRODUCTION - Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality - Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling - Ensure consistency and alignment with BJAK’s brand identity across all content - Manage multipl
