What You'll Do.
Operate motor vehicles on and off auction premises

Role and Team Reporting to the Transportation Manager, Lot Manager or designated manager, operate motor vehicles on and off auction premises in support of auction activities. Transports and directs Drivers to move, stage and park vehicles in the correct lot area. Perform all other duties assigned by designated manager. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service for all contacts and transactions. Demonstrate friendliness and proper etiquette with every customer. Maintain a professional appearance and work area consistent with the Handbook. Handle all aspects of customer complaints or disputes by resolving in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise the designated manager of all complaints or incidences.
