What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating a history of launching intuitive user interfaces and sophisticated interaction design, Deep hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Proven comfort and efficiency integrating AI-based design tools (Figma AI, Claude Design, or similar) into daily wireframing and prototyping workflows, Demonstrated judgment, decision-making ability, and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous design and front-end engineering challenges, Degree or equivalent practical experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Communications
Nice to Have
Experience designing for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or highly regulated compliance platforms, Advanced front-end development skills with deep knowledge of browser rendering optimization and state management in React, Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Experience conducting automated usability testing and continuous user feedback loops at scale

You will collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams to ensure design choices seamlessly map to functional code while optimizing for performance, browser compatibility, and internationalization. This role is critical to transforming data-heavy information and self-service resources into seamless, intuitive, and highly accessible digital products. As a senior leader, you will own the end-to-end design strategy, ensuring that user-centricity is maintained throughout project execution. By anchoring the fusion of design and front-end feasibility, your work will directly elevate product usability and accelerate time-to-market for our global audience.
