About the Role The UX Design Lead will serve as the architectural backbone for the user experience across client's ecosystem, driving the UX/UI development of customer-facing applications, corporate applications, and global portals. This role bridges the gap between sophisticated design paradigms and front-end engineering, heavily leveraging modern responsive frameworks and cutting-edge, AI-based design tools to accelerate wireframing, component generation, and rapid prototyping. You will collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams to ensure design choices seamlessly map to functional code while optimizing for performance, browser compatibility, and internationalization. This role is critical to transforming data-heavy information and self-service resources into seamless, intuitive, and highly accessible digital products. As a senior leader, you will own the end-to-end design strategy, ensuring that user-centricity is maintained throughout project execution. By anchoring the fusion of design and front-end feasibility, your work will directly elevate product usability and accelerate time-to-market for our global audience.
