What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of product design experience with deep expertise in mobile platforms (iOS and Android), Systems thinking and end-to-end ownership, High-quality execution and validation skills, Collaboration and communication excellence, Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, Experience using AI-supported design workflows (such as Figma Make, Cursor, or similar), Comfort managing multiple priorities with high autonomy in dynamic, ambiguous situations
Nice to Have
Experience working on SaaS or platform-based products, Experience mentoring designers and contributing to team development, Exposure to mobile-first or mobile-only product strategies, Experience with content design, microcopy, or AI-generated UX patterns, Comfortable working with cross-functional tools like Jira, Loom, and Microsoft tools
