Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE As Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will own and scale paid acquisition for one of our core D2C subscription products. Your primary mandate is to maximise ROI across all paid channels — driving consistent, high-quality traffic that converts and retains. You will execute the strategy, manage the budget, and work closely with creative and analytics to continuously improve performance. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and takes full accountability for their numbers. Performance instability and unresolved issues are not acceptable — you are expected to operate with structure and rigour at all times. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ROI & PERFORMANCE OWNERSHIP - Own and maximise ROAS across all paid channels. - Develop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growth. - Build growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU. - Identify scaling opportunities across channels while maintaining performance efficiency. STRATEGY & EXECUTION - Define and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.). - Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platforms. - Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setups. CREATIVE COLLABORATION - Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Identify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strateg
