Assist supervisor with production personnel
Executes daily production schedule
evaluates and disciplines employees
Provides advice on production projects
Interpret and explain standards
Takes and recommends alternative courses of action
Wash Pens and Alleyways
Verify truck drivers are TQA Certified
Follow unloading procedures
Check all paperwork for accuracy
Pigs must be accounted for
Pigs must be taken care of
Follow all Animal Welfare and handling protocols
Watch out for each other
and Safety Procedures
Push/Pull/Lift > 50lbs
Physically stand on concrete all day
Work in a group-team environment
Comply with federal inspection programs
Comply with company safety and health policies
