What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in sonography OR graduate of a two-year accredited school in an allied health program and satisfactory completion of a full-time clinical setting, Two years of ultrasound experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) RT(S) or RT(VS) upon hire, One certification within Abdominal (RDMS, OB/GYN) or Vascular (RVT, VT) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) upon hire, The other two certifications must be obtained within twelve months of hire, Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) within one year of hire, Certification within OB/GYN (RDMS, OB/GYN) must be obtained within one year of hire

What You'll Do.
Perform diagnostic sonographic imaging
Maintain patient safety
