Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Lead UI Software Engineer who can build new features in Angular 21 while also rolling up your sleeves on older code-refactoring legacy components, state management, and API integrations into patterns that actually scale. This is a full-time position based out of Kochi. _**Preferred Location **_ Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule. _**Essential Functions **_ * Build features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection * Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable * Contribute to our Angular Material -> Zard UI migration * Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS * Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass * Review code, share knowledge, and help shape how we build things going forward _**Education Requirement **_ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience. _**Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills **_ * 7–10 years of experience in Front End/UI engineering * Strong expertise in Angular (including Signals, standalone components, and modern change detection approaches) * Proficiency with NgRx and RxJS * Experience with TailwindCSS and Sass, with a solid understanding of responsive design across mobile and desktop * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and UX teams to build scalable, high-quality user experiences * Experience working with and refactoring complex legacy codebases * Strong focus on performance optimization across architecture, solutions, and code * Exposure to AI tools for UI development and production troubleshooting is a plus _**About Dodge Construction Network **_ Dodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
