What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years UI/visual design experience, 2+ years leading designers, Proven track record delivering large-scale digital products, Experience in Enterprise business environment, Experience in Agile, Deep expertise in design systems, Highly skilled in prototyping, Extensive experience working with engineering teams, Understanding of accessibility standards, Comfortable designing responsive interfaces, Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Experience with micro-animations, Experience with motion design, Experience in regulated industries, Background in financial services, Published case studies, Experience contributing to design strategy, Experience shaping product direction
