Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at [wellsfargojobs.com](mailto:wellsfargojobs.com) **In this role, you will:** * Manage and support a **Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the South Carolina territory** , serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals * Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges spanning multiple lines of business * Drive large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise * Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions * Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, while mentoring peers and serving as a subject matter expert * Collaborate and engage effectively with professionals and leaders at all levels across the organization to align on priorities and drive results **Required Qualifications:** * 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** * Extensive experience working with **middle market companies** * Strong knowledge of **treasury solutions, products, and services** , including liquidity management and payment strategies * Proven ability to build **strong partnerships** through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication * Excellent **verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills** * **Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies** for treasury products *
