What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 18 years of age, Qualified to operate a motor vehicle, Possess a valid driver’s license, Read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, Work in all weather conditions, Motor vehicle record or criminal record that meets minimum standards
Nice to Have
Previous auto auction experience
What You'll Do.
Operate motor vehicles on and off auction premises
Transport and direct Drivers to move vehicles
Stage and park vehicles in correct lot area
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
efficient and courteous service
Resolve customer complaints or disputes
Advise manager of complaints or incidences
Operate motor vehicles safely and efficiently
Practice conservative
cautious and courteous driving habits
Report mechanical problems immediately
Report incidents that jeopardize ability to operate vehicle
Report driving related incidents
Maintain and assure good operating condition of equipment
Maintain facilities in good operating condition
Maintain work area for safe environment
Report all incidents to manager or supervisor
Advise manager of breakdowns and maintenance needs
Promote teamwork at all times
Set a good example of attitude
Set a good example of performance
