Ability to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Must be flexible to work overtime as needed, Adherence to site safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes, and material handling equipment safety accountable to Cardinal Health’s EHS as well as QRA policies and procedures.

Nice to Have

6+ years of related experience, 6+ years distribution warehouse experience, Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience beneficial, Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts)

What You'll Do.

Lead presentations covering Cardinal Health's policies and procedures.

Train new associates in processes

Assist with on-going training and development of associates.

Lead the team in daily job functions.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders.

quality control checks

consolidating freight.

Build and wrap pallets

and prepare orders for shipment.

Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse.

Participate in projects as assigned by manager.

Receive large boxes on warehouse dock.

Scan product with RF scanner.

Input product information into computer.

Break down cases of product.

Operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.

Utilize voice to pick system to pick items.

Palletize large items to skid and wrap for shipment.

Pack small items in boxes.

Drive material handling equipment as required.

Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Ability to work in coordination with other team members to accomplish goals.; Provides guidance to less experienced team members.; May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise.

Communication Scope

Fluent in the English language with the ability to read and write
