About the role You will join our Delivery team as a Testing Lead. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and strategic delivery leadership. You will own the end-to-end design, strategy, and execution of robust Test Automation solutions leveraging the UiPath Testing platform across multiple client engagements. As a Tester Leader, you are a hands-on expert who can still "dive into the weeds," but your primary focus will be setting engineering standards, overseeing project quality, managing risk, and mentoring a high-performing team of Testing engineers. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality at scale. For the first engagement you will be acting as a Testing Lead embedded in an active banking Test Delivery engagement. You will serve as the primary technical quality owner, applying deep UiPath Test Suite expertise to architect and execute automated test solutions that drive quality across a large-scale programme. You will act as the trusted technical bridge between client stakeholders, Functional Business Analysts, and the wider engineering team — ensuring every test scenario is grounded in real banking logic and delivered to the highest automation standard.
