Must Have
Minimum of 3 year of demonstrated superior client relationship skills, Minimum of 3 year of experienced in cash handling, Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator, Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks

What You'll Do.
Act as a resource identifying and resolving client servicing issues
Serve as primary troubleshooter for complex problems
Enhance client relationships by providing distinctive quality service
Ask questions and listen to clients to uncover financial needs
Observe and provide coaching to Tellers
Manage day-to-day Teller scheduling and staffing issues
Ensure branch compliance with regulatory
and internal audit controls
Embody a client experience culture
Perform teller functions efficiently
Listen for financial wellness opportunities
Transition clients to a Banker
Assist clients in achieving financial goals
Attend and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
and security procedures
Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines
Provide direction and guidance for branch staff
Review and maintain knowledge of product guides
Support Branch Manager in onboarding and training new Tellers
Work on Saturdays as directed by management
Perform other duties as assigned
