Must Have
5+ years of progressive experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, 2+ years of direct leadership within a high-growth, metric-driven environment, Proficiency in data analysis, Proficiency in forecasting, Expertise to audit complex performance reports, Expertise to contribute to strategic financial planning, Expertise in developing incentive models that drive peak team performance, Expert in sales process governance, Proven ability to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Proven ability to manage Quality Control (QC) frameworks, Mandatory proficiency in Enterprise CRMs (Salesforce), High working knowledge of sales acceleration tools, such as auto-dialers, High-impact mentor with demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and coaching elite sales talent, Exceptional executive communication skills

The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to ensure alignment with regional standards, processes, and business goals.
