Minimum of 9+ years of experience in business process modeling or large-scale business transformation projects, Extensive hands-on experience in the usage and administration of SAP Signavio, Proven track record in executing S/4HANA transformation projects from a business process, capability, and architectural perspective, Demonstrable experience working within complex, global, and highly integrated enterprise environments, Expert proficiency in the SAP Signavio suite (Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, Process Modeler), Deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and its practical application in S/4HANA implementations, knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and strict adherence to Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) standards, understanding of the integrated toolchain of SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM and its role in an end-to-end business transformation, Familiarity with SAP solution landscapes, Cloud architectures, and the integration points between enterprise architecture and ALM tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM), Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a holistic view of the enterprise, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT technical teams, Ability to explain complex architectural and process concepts to an audience with a low technical skill level, steering diverse teams toward a unified transformation vision using expert knowledge, empathy, and collaborative negotiation skills, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, Fluent in English (written and spoken), awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
