2+ years lab manager experience, 10+ yrs technician experience, Experience with data acquisition systems, Experience creating test fixtures, Experience creating custom wire harnesses, Experience towing trailers, Experience with batteries, Experience with power electronics, Experience with power distribution, Experience with switchgear, Experience with electric motors, Experience with gearboxes, Experience with solar arrays
Nice to Have
Familiarity with 5S methodology, Experience troubleshooting software, Experience with CAN messaging, Experience with calibration testing, Metal fabrication experience, Machining using knee mill, Sheet metal fabrication, MIG/TIG welding, Experience using Deweysoft DAQs, Experience soldering circuit boards, Forklift operator experience, Experience with RVs
What You'll Do.
Manage team of technicians
