Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Eletromechanical Technology, or a related field of study, At least 5 years of hands‑on CNC programming and machining experience, experience with SolidWorks and CAM software (e. g. , SW, SolidCAM, Mastercam), Advanced skills in CNC programming, machine setup, tooling, and metrology, Ability to work independently and support/mentor junior staff
