Must Have
Valid automobile driver's license, Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair, Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair, Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair, Current federal, state and local certification/license, Ability to communicate technical information, Reading, writing and math skills
Nice to Have
Understanding of Electrical/electronic systems, Understanding of Engine repair, Understanding of Engine performance, Understanding of Automatic transmission/transaxle, Understanding of Manual drivetrain/transmission, Understanding of Automotive heating/AC, 5 years automotive repair experience, Demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, Completion of Vocational-Technical School Program, ASE certification in at least 3 of A1-A8, L1 can be one of the three, Brakes and Steering & Suspension ASEs preferred
