Must Have

7 + years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related field, Proven expertise in L2 support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues, experience with SAST & DAST vulnerability remediation and implementing secure coding practices, Hands-on experience with modernization, migration, and Disaster Recovery initiatives, Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferred OpenShift, good with Azure or AWS), Proficiency in containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Basic knowledge and understanding of Python Programming, Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL), Knowledge of RESTful API development, Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and precision

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions), Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana), Experience with or knowledge of authentication & authorization frameworks (Entra ID/Azure AD), Understanding of event-driven architecture and Gen AI tools

Our Digital Development team designs, architects, and builds bespoke solutions to support forward-thinking and industry leading initiatives from Cyber & Digital Threat Hunting, Cyber Analytics, Adversary Emulation, Data Loss Prevention teams. We are seeking a **Lead Technical Support Engineer** to take ownership of critical production services. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of over 20+ production services, driving modernization, migration, and disaster recovery initiatives.
