THE ROLE We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter (Global) to drive hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Infrastructure, and other technical functions globally. This role combines hands-on recruitment execution with leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for attracting top technical talent, partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, and helping build a high-performing Talent Acquisition function as the company continues to scale globally. You will play a critical role in shaping BJAK’s technical workforce while mentoring junior recruiters and establishing best-in-class recruiting practices across the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT LEADERSHIP - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related functions. - Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring requirements, interview strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities. - Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations. - Drive recruitment outcomes for complex, senior, niche, and business-critical technical pos
