This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week every Tuesday & Wednesday. About the Role We’re hiring a Lead Recruiter to run our hardest searches across Taskrabbit, from senior engineers to executives. You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition as a senior individual contributor, own your roles end-to-end, and help shape how we hire as a company.You’re a full-cycle recruiter who’s spent most of your career hiring technical talent. You make decisions with data, use AI to do more with less, and can run any search across function or level without much hand-holding. Marketplace or consumer tech experience is a plus.
