Must Have
Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager or Senior Technical Project Manager within complex environments, stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders (ideally within large enterprise organisations), Experience delivering large-scale technical programmes of work, ideally within retail, CPG, or data-driven businesses, Solid understanding of technical delivery (engineering, data platforms, or product ecosystems), Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to blend agile and traditional programme methodologies where needed, ability to manage ambiguity, complexity and competing priorities, Track record of driving alignment across multiple teams and disciplines, Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
