In this role, you will partner closely with data engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end delivery of scalable analytic solutions. You will help build a collaborative, high‑performance environment and play a key role in ensuring clients can fully leverage the value of Mastercard’s data assets and technology capabilities. Role Lead cross‑functional and cross‑regional Data Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality data integration and solution deployments for multiple client engagements. Build and maintain integrated project schedules, manage dependencies, trade-offs, risks, and execution complexity across teams and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for program‑level communication, ensuring alignment across clients, consultants, engineering, and leadership. Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and define data integration strategies that drive analytical value. Ensure accurate delivery of work through consistent inspection of plans, progress, and execution; proactively identify and resolve blockers.
