Must Have
Overall career experience of 8-13 years as a TPM or in a similar role, 5+ years of experience in technical program management, at least 3 years in cloud or platform engineering domains, Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs on time and within scope, understanding of AWS services, including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, and Control Tower, Deep technical acumen and the ability to understand engineering challenges and solutions, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders, Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban frameworks for program delivery, Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization skills
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with multi-account AWS environments and governance tools like AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs), Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, NIST, SOC2, or ISO27001, Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e. g. , Terraform, CloudFormation), AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
