What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership roles, with proven success in increasingly complex and strategic environments., 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams., Deep experience working in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or hybrid approaches)., Demonstrated ability to develop and coach team members, delegation and mentoring skills., strategic thinking: ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision and guide teams through transformation initiatives., Experience in financial services, payments systems, SWIFT, or sanctions environments., Proven ability to translate business strategy and operational requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable engineering priorities., Excellent stakeholder and executive communication proven ability to influence across functions and geographies., Experience managing complex, high-stakes product domains (e. g. , payments, financial infrastructure, regulatory/compliance-driven environments)., Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and potential applications in software development and product management.

Nice to Have

Background in transformation or process optimization initiatives., Hands-on experience using AI tools and understanding of prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows., Experience scaling product teams or building product organizations., Familiarity with multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Lean, Design Thinking)., Technical background or fluency with APIs, data formats, and system architecture.

Coach and develop team of Technical Product Owners

Build capability across the team through mentoring

and targeted development opportunities.

Partner with transformation leads and team to evolve and implement an AI-native Software Development Lifecycle.
