AA/AS degree, Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in an optical deposition lab, U. S. Citizenship is required

Demonstrated experience as technical lead, problem solving skills, leadership, technical collaboration, Ability to work safely with various deposition processing equipment, chemicals, and raw production materials in a lab setting with basic gowning requirements, Comfortable running deposition production equipment independently, accurately follow detailed process specific instructions, Understand run data, run errors, troubleshoot fixes, and work towards resolution, Intermediate computer skills for data recording, report creation, work delegation, and documentation, Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, design, and execute experiments to determine root cause, Understanding of FOD and FOD reduction methods and concerns
