university degree, 8–12 years relevant work experience in software engineering and/or solution architecture, code and, Experience with diverse toolchains (CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SCA), Curious, investigative attitude, critical thinking and analytical, Leadership and vision, Experience coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues, Strong communication skills, Affinity with (generative) AI
