Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes across engineering disciplines

Facilitate technical communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Participate in all phases of systems engineering from design through qualification to production ensuring best practices are followed

Mentor junior systems engineers to develop cross-functional skills in systems engineering integration and test
