What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MSc or BSc in Engineering, Physics, or Biotechnology, or equivalent knowledge and experience, Previous experience in product or process development with a technical interest, Quality-focused, Excellent communication skills, Self-starter—energized and results-oriented, Service-minded, Comfortable leading others, Problem solver, Proficient in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience in project management, Experience in regulated environments, Swedish language skills
What You'll Do.
Shaping the functionality
and regulatory compliance of customized bioprocess solutions
Translating customer needs into specifications and system designs
Guiding cross‑functional engineering teams
Ensuring that internal
and regulatory requirements are fully captured and implemented
Interpreting customer specifications and translating them into clear system requirements and design solutions
Leading and participating in internal and external design reviews
representing the system design perspective
Coordinating design activities across Mechanical
and Automation engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive system integration
Selecting components and equipment that meet functional
and regulatory requirements
Ensuring full regulatory compliance of the product throughout the design process
Collaborating with Production
and Service teams to support smooth project execution and product lifecycle continuity
Representing the design team during customer acceptance testing
providing technical expertise and ensuring successful handover
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation design engineers, as well as Production, Manufacturing, Service, and Verification teams; Coordinate design activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive system integration; Collaborate with Production, Verification, Manufacturing, and Service teams to support smooth project execution and product lifecycle continuity
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Proficient in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
