Must Have
Must be at least 21 years of age, Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license, Must have 20/20 corrected vision, Ability to prioritize and multi-task to effectively supervise operators in the absence of the Supervisor, Ability to observe and direct actions of Agents in the absence of the Supervisor, two years of surveillance experience or casino experience in security, table games, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
What You'll Do.
Observe gaming and operational areas using video surveillance systems
policies and procedures are being followed
Monitor VLT reviews VLT data
Maintain an understanding of sensitive key systems
Observe and report any and all gaming violations
Operate monitor room equipment
Maintain video surveillance of the entire casino
Video record gaming and security-related incidents
Participate in court actions relating to violations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist Supervisor in training, developing, monitoring and leading personnel; Motivate and supervise staff in Supervisor’s absence
