Lead Support Worker Salary £27,500 to £28,300 per annum depending on skills and experience pro rata  plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140 2 x Permanent, full time positions (37.5 hpw), 1 x Permanent, part time position (30 hpw) St Austell, Cornwall We can’t offer a CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong Want to be part of a team that truly cares, not only about our customers, but about you too? What you’ll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Customers will be those where social care has a statutory duty to support under the Care Act or the Mental Health Act.
