What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering), Significant experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, quality engineering, or operations
Nice to Have
Experience in aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing environments, Knowledge of AS9100, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC, and related quality tools, Experience in APQP, PSR, and Flight Deck, Experience performing supplier audits and driving measurable supplier improvement, Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement, analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions, Demonstrated leadership in supplier development or quality systems, oral and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, Established project management skills
