### Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced **Lead Strategy Consultant – Digital Innovation** with over **15 years of consulting expertise** , including mandatory experience with a **Big 4 firm** , to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation and transformation strategy initiatives. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic planning, innovation roadmaps, and governance across large-scale, complex organizations. This role requires strong onsite presence, executive stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-impact transformation programs. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Strategy & Strategic Advisory** * Lead the development of enterprise digital and business strategies aligned with organizational vision and long-term objectives. * Define digital innovation roadmaps, including operating models, capability-building initiatives, and transformation priorities. * Conduct market, industry, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making. **2\. Digital Innovation & Transformation** * Identify, evaluate, and shape innovation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies such as **AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms**. * Translate innovation concepts into actionable initiatives, including business cases, implementation plans, and value realization frameworks. * Support the design and rollout of digital governance models, KPIs, and performance measurement structures. **3\.
