What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform in a retail or eCommerce environment, 2+ years of experience as a technical leader, including leading projects and owning delivery outcomes, STEP configuration, JavaScript-based business rules, SQL, data modeling, REST APIs, integration patterns, Kafka, ETL processes, on-call rotations, resolving production incidents, improving system reliability
Nice to Have
Ruby or similar backend languages, exposure to AI and machine learning concepts
