Recruit stewarding staff
Interview stewarding staff
Hire stewarding staff
Train stewarding staff
Manage stewarding staff
Conduct daily pre-shifts
Hold quarterly Department meetings
Manage loss prevention policies
Implement preventative protocols
Conduct monthly inventories of kitchen supplies
