Initially, you'll focus on building and managing a full-time adult caseload while collaborating closely with our Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams. As the program grows, you'll help shape the future of Speech-Language Pathology at SportsMed by contributing to hiring decisions, mentoring future clinicians, and helping expand services throughout the organization. We're looking for someone who enjoys patient care but is equally excited by the opportunity to create, lead, and grow something meaningful. ## Clinical Focus You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing: • Stroke and CVA-related communication disorders • Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions • Concussion and mild traumatic brain injury • Cognitive-communication disorders • Dysphagia and swallowing disorders • Other adult neurorehabilitation diagnoses ## What We're Looking For Required • Active New Jersey SLP License • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Experience treating adult neurological populations • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Interest in leadership, program development, and
