Driver's License., Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently., Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience., 7+ years of experience in Federal Government contract management/administration., Demonstrated experience in administration and management of major contract types: fixed-price, hybrid, and various cost-type contracts, including award fee., Proven skills in change management, planning, organizing, directing, communicating, and controlling, with decision-making capabilities., Understanding of litigation, claims processes, and experience with legal communities., Proficiency in using computers and related software such as Microsoft Office and other common office products.

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree is a plus., Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance is a plus., Experience with US military and/or State Department contracting, base operation support services (BOSS) contracts, and previous on-site OCONUS support preferred., Further demonstrated continuing education in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR)., Experience working with DFARS, Agency regulations, ITAR, etc.
