What You'll Do.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support continuous improvement implementation
Operate environmental test chambers
Review test output for quality
Assist with equipment maintenance
Lead daily team meetings
Provide end-of-shift reporting
Coordinate efforts to minimize interruptions
Support new-hire training programs
Contribute to training program development
Develop training plans for team
Implement training programs
Drive safety standards
Ensure team compliance with operations protocol
Identify process improvements
Improve build efficiency
Work with engineering teams
Perform early hardware development testing
Set stage for production manufacturing
