Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in (Supplier Quality / Supplier Development) experience), Minimum of 3 years of Supplier quality/Supplier Development experience, Ability to travel as needed to supplier locations, Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Manage supplier quality assurance and development
Oversee supplier qualifications and action plans
Monitor supplier performance and readiness
Resolve quality issues with suppliers
Drive continuous improvement with suppliers
Interpret engineering drawings
Manage vendors and solve problems
Serve as a quality resource to the business
Contribute to strategy and policy development
Lead projects with cross-functional teams
Build consensus with teams
Make decisions and solve complex tasks
Use new perspectives on existing solutions
Support recommendations with technical experience and data analysis
Leverage internal and external resources

Collaborates with suppliers to resolve quality issues; May lead projects with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement; Develops networks and is able to work through complex issues to build consensus with the team
