Must Have
Master’s / MBA degree preferred plus Bachelor’s Engineering Degree preferably Mechanical, Minimum 8-12 years of industry experience with exposure to aviation sourcing, Automotive, Global organization., Ability and willingness to travel as required., Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Proficiency in supplier evaluation, selection, and relationship management., Knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP systems and sourcing tools is desirable., Experience in working with aviation global sourcing team, Ability to perform scenario analysis and strategy development, CPIM or APICS certification preferred- Not mandatory, Green Belt / Black Belt Certified

Develop and implement sourcing strategies
Identify and qualify suppliers
Lead negotiations with suppliers
Drive cost management initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Coordinate cross-functional activities and timelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
and develop strategies
Work with cross functional team members
Ensure competitive prices
Hands on experience on aviation quality system
Cost reduction strategies
Interact with site teams
Collaborate with supporting resources
Participate in Global sourcing initiatives
