6+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role within a SaaS or technology environment, ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders, Experience partnering with Sales teams to support complex customer engagements, Proven ability to build relationships and influence both technical and non-technical audiences, Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM platforms or customer experience software, Familiarity with inbound marketing, sales, or customer success methodologies, Experience delivering product demonstrations or technical workshops, Previous experience mentoring or supporting team members, Exposure to mid-market or enterprise sales environments
