What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in MarTech, 2-4 years in pre-sales or solution consulting roles, hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze, or similar, Proven track record designing solutions for enterprise clients in competitive bid situations, Exceptional storytelling ability with presentation and articulation skills, Ability to articulate ROI frameworks and business value articulation, Solution design for CRM and Digital Messaging platforms, RFP/RFI response and solution architecture, Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, ROI frameworks and business value articulation, Consultative approach to client engagement
Nice to Have
Industry experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, or Media & Entertainment, Platform certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze), Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Awareness of GenAI capabilities for marketing workflows, Knowledge of emerging trends (composable CDP, real-time personalization), Multi-platform expertise across various MarTech platforms
