Must Have
10+ years of HRIS platform experience, 5+ years of Workday experience, Hands-on expertise in Workday Core Compensation, Hands-on expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting, Proven experience as a functional lead across multiple Workday modules, Experience leading at least 3 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches end to end, Knowledge of Workday HCM, Good hands-on experience with Workday reporting, Good hands-on experience with Workday analytics, Good hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Good hands-on experience with Workday security
Nice to Have
Experience with additional Workday modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Talent), Experience with Workday integrations, Experience coaching team members, Experience reviewing solution quality, Exposure to governance in enterprise People Systems, Exposure to audit in enterprise People Systems, Exposure to compliance in enterprise People Systems

Lead functional design of Workday solutions
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
Recommend effective solutions
Configure Workday enhancements

Develop user procedures
Develop user guidelines
Develop user documentation
