10+ years of experience in IT service management, 10+ years of experience in product management, 10+ years of experience in business relationship management, 10+ years of experience in business facing IT Architecture roles, Experience partnering with senior leaders, Ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps, Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership, Deep understanding of system integration, Deep understanding of data flows, Deep understanding of scalable design, Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles, Knowledge of service modeling, Knowledge of operational governance
Nice to Have

This role operates at an enterprise level, translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions and driving a multi-year roadmap aligned to risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
