What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or in a role architecting software products at scale, 5+ years working hands-on with web development languages (JavaScript, Node. js, React), REST APIs, and/or general-purpose languages such as Python, Working knowledge across several of the following: marketing automation, CDPs, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications, analytics, adtech, or data science, Fluent in both Italian and English, Based in Milan and available to be in-office three days per week
Nice to Have
Experience building or contributing to integration frameworks, partner ecosystems, or developer tooling, Prior experience in the Italian market or with Italian ecommerce and retail brands, Familiarity with Klaviyo or comparable B2C CRM and marketing automation platforms

Prototype and build integration specifications
Serve as the voice of the customer by feeding technical insights and client needs back to Product and Developer Experience teams
Raise the capability of the wider team by training Sales colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
