This role will focus on ensuring the quality of both legacy Java applications and new cloud-based React applications, with an emphasis on test automation to support our CI/CD pipeline. Experience with automated functional software testing including, but not limited to Selenium, is highly desirable. In addition to technical leadership, this position includes people management responsibilities, such as mentoring team members, providing constructive feedback, and participating in performance evaluations. ### ### **Key Responsibilities** **Test Automation** * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both Java-based legacy applications and React-based cloud applications. * Implement and optimize automated testing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration within the CI/CD pipeline. * Utilize Selenium to create robust and scalable automated tests, achieving comprehensive test coverage. **Quality Assurance and Testing** * Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application functionality, performance, and user experience. * Ensure thorough testing coverage, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **People Management & Leadership** * Mentoring & Coaching: Guide QA team members in technical and professional development, fostering growth and kno
